How do I reset my password?
Open the app, tap Log In, then Forgot password?. Enter your account email and we’ll send a reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
I didn’t receive the verification email
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, tap Resend verification on the login screen. Verification emails are sent from no-reply@billion-match.com — make sure that address is not blocked.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Account → Delete Account, then confirm with your password. Your account and personal data are removed within 30 days. If you cannot access the app, email support@billion-match.com from your account address and we’ll process the deletion manually.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store where you purchased them.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BillionMatch
- Android: Google Play → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google, not BillionMatch. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (iOS) or play.google.com/store/account (Android). If you need help getting the request through, email support and we’ll assist.
My purchase didn’t unlock premium features
Open Account → Restore Purchases to force RevenueCat to re-sync. If that doesn’t restore access within a minute, email support with your account email and the purchase receipt from Apple or Google.
The app crashes or won’t open
Try the standard steps first: force-quit the app, restart your device, make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store or Play Store. If the problem persists, email support with the device, OS version, and app version and we’ll investigate.
Where does the wealth data come from?
Billionaire rankings, biographical details, and net-worth values are sourced from Forbes via licensed APIs. AI Wealth Forecasts are generated by large language models (OpenAI) for informational purposes only — they are not financial advice.
