1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using BillionMatch you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the app.
2. The Service
BillionMatch surfaces aggregated billionaire wealth data, head-to-head comparisons, watchlists, and AI-generated commentary. All information is provided as-is and for informational purposes only — it is not financial, investment, or legal advice.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Prices may change with prior notice. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the App Store / Play Store subscription management screen. Cancellation stops the next renewal; premium features remain active for the rest of the paid period. The app links out to the correct store screen under Account → Manage Subscription.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Apple and Google’s store policies. You can request a refund through the app (Account → Request Refund); our team reviews within 48 hours, but final eligibility and processing of the refund is handled by Apple or Google.
6. Your Content
Your favorites, watchlists, support messages, and account profile remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them so the service can function.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to: scrape data at scale, bypass authentication, harass other users, or reverse-engineer our APIs. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended without refund.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes personal data within 30 days, subject to retention required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
BillionMatch is not liable for investment decisions made based on data shown in the app. Use the information as one signal among many. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. We’ll notify you in-app of any material change before it takes effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BillionMatch operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
